Commercial Property

The purchase, sale, lease, or development of commercial property requires careful attention to legal and regulatory requirements. Our team can assist you in navigating the intricate process of negotiation, drafting, and reviewing contracts, ensuring your interests are protected. We analyze zoning and land use regulations, perform due diligence, and guide you through potential pitfalls to pave the way for a successful transaction.

Land Use, Zoning, and Building Permits

Land use and zoning are crucial aspects of community planning and development. The practice of land use refers to the utilization and allocation of different types of land for various purposes, such as residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural. Zoning, on the other hand, involves the establishment of specific regulations and guidelines governing land use within a particular jurisdiction. These regulations help ensure the compatibility and harmonious coexistence of different land uses, protecting the interests of both the community and the individuals. We are here to help with permits and variances and represent you in front of the Zoning Board. Call to discuss your needs.
